Shipping Policy
Please take into consideration that some
products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please
contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or
return on your order.
Customs and Duties: The recipient
will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to
import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the
destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the
recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea
and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs,
etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Estimated Delivery
Time: For all countries serviced by reputed
couriers, the delivery time would be within 7 to 14 business days of shipping
(business days include Sundays and other holidays) depending on country.
However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days
longer to reach.
Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our
prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra exclude import
duties and taxes.
Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and
the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In
case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please
check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24
hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the
courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the
package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your
mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster
delivery.
